Here’s a little bit about us and some answers to frequently answered questions. If you have a question we haven’t covered here, just drop us an email to flowers@claphamfloweremporium.co.uk or call us on 07543 157564 and we’ll get back to you swift as a swift thing!

1. Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Clapham and the surrounding areas of  Wandsworth and Lambeth – so SW London postcodes SW4, SW18, SW11, SW12, SW8, and most of SW17.

2. Who handles your deliveries?

We do all of the deliveries ourselves. We’re a small, friendly team and we’re scared of outsourcing and finding your flowers strewn on someone’s doorstep, so we do it all ourselves!

3. What happens if the person isn’t in?

We will leave a note asking the recipient to call us. If you’ve asked us to, we’ll leave in a secure place, or with a neighbour. We won’t ever leave the flowers on the doorstep unless you’ve said that’s ok. Once we’ve heard back we’ll re-deliver your flowers at a time that suits.

4. Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?

We choose our flowers daily according to what’s looking great, and if we see some amazing hydrangeas, or peonies, or anemones, or some fantastic roses we can’t often get hold of, we’ll buy those so it’s hard to say the flowers will be exactly the same as the photo – but we always send out beautiful flowers, and we aren’t here to diddle you at all – we’re here to delight you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers and people tell us that they are beautiful and last for ages. We’ll stick to the colour scheme you choose and we don’t use ‘cheap’ fillers!

5. I’d like some particular flowers but I can’t see them on your website, can you get them for me?

Drop us an email at flowers@claphamfloweremporium.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do to help. We can generally get most flowers with 2 or 3 days notice.

6. Which days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver every day of the week, including Sundays.

7. Can I include a note with the flowers?

Of course. We’ll hand write it for you. You can also buy a card from the selection on our website and we’ll write that for you as well (that part’s coming soon – for now we’ll hand write for you!).

8. Do you do wedding flowers?

Yes, we do. We’ll do your bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, etc, plus button holes, and table arrangements. We don’t dress rooms though, unfortunately. You can see a small selection of some of the wedding flowers we’ve done on our website. Get in touch if you’d like our help flowers@claphamfloweremporium.co.uk. We generally ask people to send us photos of bouquets and arrangements they like, or set up a pinterest board, and we’ll go from there.

9. And funeral arrangements?

Yes, we do. Take a look at some of our work and get in touch and we’ll work with you to see what kind of flowers and arrangements you would like.

10. I’d like weekly flowers to my home / office please.

Of course, we can arrange a suitable time each week to deliver your flowers, when you or someone else will be there to receive them. Weekly flowers start at £30 a week.

11. Who is Clapham Flower Emporium?

We’re the people behind Battersea Flower Station, the award winning, highly acclaimed team of florists and gardeners at our magical site in Battersea.
